The Transformation Game Facilitators Training

A program designed for counselors, therapists and others intending to use The Transformation Game® on a deeper level. The training sharpens leadership abilities, deepens self-awareness and understanding, and assists in developing communication and counseling skills. Participants receive thorough training in the expanded rules and mechanics of The Transformation Game.
The program includes an exploration of key topics, discussions of difficult cards, demonstrations of technique, and opportunities to practice facilitation. Sessions are supervised and provide constructive personal feedback with an ongoing assessment of competence.
Participants who successfully complete the training are accredited by InnerLinks to use an Advanced Manual in facilitating Transformation Games in workshop formats.
Accredited facilitators will have the permission of InnerLinks to offer and promote workshops using the Transformation Game® name and logo. The Transformation Game® name (in all languages) and logo are the trademark and copyright of InnerLinks Inc, and may be used for the promotion of commercial workshops only by facilitators accredited by InnerLinks.

The Game of Transformation

The original version of the Game of Transformation.
Centred around a circular board symbolising each player’s world, this Game offers a playful yet substantial way of understanding and transforming key life issues.

As you move along your ‘life path’, you gain wider perspectives on your particular patterns and attitudes, recognise your strengths, review and resolve challenges, and explore new possibilities. Many of the squares and cards ask you to exercise initiative and imagination, to share on a deeply personal level and to make your own choices and decisions – just like life!

With two skilled guides and only five players, this is a wonderful opportunity to receive a high degree of masterful attention and make a quantum leap into greater wholeness.

This workshop is a powerful springboard for personal and spiritual growth and development valuable at any stage of one’s life journey.

The Frameworks Coaching Process (FCP) Certification Training

A certification training for coaches, consultants, trainers, leaders, and professionals who want to expand their facilitation, tools, and skills using this model. The training covers step-by-step instructions for using the FCP with clients and explores a variety of applications.

A certification program for consultants, organizational development specialists, coaches and trainers who want to expand their facilitation and intervention skills and work with the Frameworks for Change model in organizations. A licensing agreement is available after certification.
